Your new role
Our client is looking for a European Finance Operations Director, duties will include direct accountability for the European Finance Shared Service Centre in Newcastle, driving operational efficiencies, developing best practice finance processes, improving internal control environment, partnering with teams to deliver transaction processing, building strong relationships with European and group finance teams supporting them to improve financial performance and creating an efficient finance operating model.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience successfully operating a multi-country FSSC. Excellent communication skills, proven leadership, people management skills, strong knowledge of ERP enabled business processes, strong experience of leading organisational change. The client is ideally looking for someone who is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
