Construction Senior Associate Solicitor.
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to become a key member of a Bristol-based Legal 100 firm.
The construction department act for an array of national and international firms in sectors including energy, infrastructure, transport, local government, social housing, retail, office, and industry. Clients are made up of construction companies, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. The team’s expertise spans all aspects of construction law, both contentious and non-contentious.
The firm is keen to add an additional Construction Solicitor to the team to play a key role in the firm's continued growth. You will focus primarily on non-contentious work advising construction companies on high profile commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, up to £1bn in value.
The role would suit an early to mid-career Construction Solicitor with primarily or exclusively non-contentious experience.
