A hugely successful, independent and international Design Agency is looking for a Group Financial Controller. This is a newly created role which will support the management team and work closely with both the FD and CFO. You will have ownership for the London management packs, an overview of the group numbers and a big focus on finance projects and process improvements. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo and being part of a buzzy and vibrant business.Financial Controller - The Role:
- Preparing the Group monthly management pack
- Group budgeting and forecasting
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Preparing and checking group consolidation and cash flow forecasts
- Overseeing payroll
- VAT submissions
- Reviewing statutory submissions and assisting with the year end audit
- Manage the finance team
- Working with the FD to establish pricing strategies and remuneration models
- Assist with the preparation of client fee proposals
- Experienced Financial Controleller - ideally from a Marketing or other time and project based business
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA CIMA or equivalent)
- Prior group consolidation experience
- Strong Excel - modelling and project improvement experience helpful
- Hands on and detail oriented
