Lawyer, Insurance

Kennedys is looking for a Solicitor to join our Insurance team in Birmingham to assist with existing caseload of property risks (including construction matters), product liability and insurance coverage disputes.  This is an ideal role for an insurance or commercial disputes resolution lawyer with an interest in these practice areas.

Type of Clients: 

Insurers and their agents, contractors and construction professionals, manufacturers and distributors.

Experience

• 4-8* years' suitable insurance or commercial litigation experience
• Commercial Litigation experience
• Experience of construction disputes (either for/against construction professionals or contractors)
• To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events
• Experience of litigation, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and negotiation.
