The role

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner to join their office based in the City of London.

You will work along two industry giant Partners. The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement.

The firm are incredibly busy, hence the reason for this senior hire.

The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload and will be at the forefront of this department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You will be an ambitious, dynamic individual
• A positive "can do" attitude is key to the role
• Salary is negotiable and very much dependent on your background, plus an excellent bonus structure.
