Sacco Mann has just been instructed on an exciting vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client's Leeds based office. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join one of Europe's most innovative legal businesses.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor joining the firm's Real Estate team you will deal with all aspects of real estate legal issues, high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and the creation and treatment of all kinds of investments, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and more. You will be acting on behalf of landowners, occupiers, developers, funders, contractors and professionals across the sector. You will have the opportunity to work alongside high-profile clients from day one, as well as getting to work with some real experts in the field as part of your team.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideally candidates will have experience working in development, investment/asset management and occupier work and will have between 3-5 years PQE. This is a first-rate chance for an ambitious and driven candidate who is keen to develop their career in a fast-paced and respectable environment.
