A top 60 law firm with excellent rankings on the Legal 500 and Chambers, are seeking a Pensions Solicitor for their Reading office.

The team predominantly advise trustees of Defined Benefits or Hybrid schemes and some Defined Contribution arrangements. The team also advise employers, insolvency practitioners and individuals.

This role will have plenty of contentious pensions work including professional negligence claims, rectification applications and disputes between trustees and sponsoring employers. You will also advise distressed employers, draft scheme documentations and deliver updates to clients and the team on pensions law.

Candidates will have experience in pensions law, commercial law, employment law or corporate law and will be interested in specialising in Pensions. You should have 0-6 years PQE in one of these practice areas. Trainee Solicitors due to qualify soon will also be considered.
