JOB TITLE: Planning Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
The successful Planning Solicitor will be responsible for the implementation of all services to complete dynamic and cutting edge projects, from planning appraisals and applications to enforcement, appeals and challenges. You will be joining an ambitious and innovative team, taking part in work of an exceptional quality. The team's caseload has included acting on behalf of the HS2 and East West Rail, the redevelopment of Digbeth in Birmingham and advising of the Afghan Government on new planning laws.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and extensively experienced Planning Solicitor, looking to see clear career progression within the company. You will be a Senior Associate with demonstrable experience of infrastructure and handling DCO's, or a Solicitor with extensive knowledge and experience of planning. You will possess a good strategic appreciation and vision, with the ability to build and implement sophisticated plans. The successful Planning Solicitor should be driven, dynamic, and confident liaising closely with clients.
