What I am looking for:

  • Fluent German and English is a must.
  • Spanish, French and Russian are a big plus.
  • Solid experience within a bank or asset management, ideally as a PA or/and executive assistant.
  • Solid experience at front of house working at the reception.
  • Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to Banking software and applications
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good organisational and analytical skills.
