Roles responsibilities:

* Proactively drive and deliver a broad Diversity and Inclusion strategy and champion initiatives and projects across the company.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and gain buy in for projects from the senior management team.
* Establish relationships with influential external diversity and inclusion groups.
* Plan, promote and project manage regular diversity events eg Networking events and Open days.
* Work with Internal Communications to deliver engaging and consistent communications on Diversity and Inclusion activities

Experience required:

* A solid background in Diversity and Inclusion at Senior level.
* Experience designing and delivering a D&I strategy across a large business.
* Well-rounded knowledge and understanding of all D&I initiatives.
* A energetic, driven individual who can roll sleeves up and hit the ground running.
