Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
I'm currently recruiting for a defendant clinical negligence role with a Bristol-based Top 100 client which is looking to strengthen by adding a mid-level Solicitor to its highly regarded healthcare team.
The team deals with all aspects of healthcare work, representing the NHS-R and NHS Trusts, from clinical negligence and child law through to complex healthcare advisory and mental health work. The current requirement is in the medical negligence team to defend litigated clinical negligence claims, often high value and technically complex. As such, you will need a minimum of 5+ years' previous experience, ideally from a defendant perspective in this area of law. As the team works to high standards and service level agreements, experience in working with, and the expectations of, the NHS-R would be attractive.
