Multi-accredited Legal 200 firm in Cambridge seeks a talented Real Estate Litigation Solicitor.

Our client is seeking to recruit a technically excellent Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join their Cambridge office. Acting for a wide range of clients including property investors and higher educational institutions, the successful solicitor will be assisting a senior partner with a caseload consisting of a vast range of real estate disputes.

Responsibilities

• Commercial, residential and agricultural issues
• Restrictive covenants
• Claims for adverse possession
• Ending tenancies
• Insolvency
• Enforcing sale and development agreements
• Nuisance
• Trespass
• Boundary disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters

The Candidate

• Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of one year’s PQE
• Real estate litigation experience is essential
• Experience in a top tier, city and/or regional firm is a key requirement 
• Educated to degree level and having obtained a 2:1 classification
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
