Real Estate Solicitor

My client is a leading national law firm that is ranked Top 50. Due to a period of expansion the client now has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Real Estate team in Bristol.

Working with a Tier 1 rated Partner and their talented team, this role will give the successful candidate a chance to experience a wide range of property matters from secured lending, property insolvency, landlord and tenant and portfolio management instructions for national clients and corporate occupiers.

The team is extremely busy and the successful candidate will be able to get stuck in to great quality work with FTSE 250 clients both in the South West and nationally, very quickly.

The successful candidate will have had exposure to quality real estate work ideally from a large regional or city firm.
