A fast growing, award winning business in the financial services sector seeks to recruit a lawyer c 5 - 8 PQE with a background in Consumer Credit/Finance work.
The Role
This is an exceptional career opportunity for a Solicitor looking to become part of an ambitious business with clear plans for growth.
The successful candidate will be expected to work in a business facing role providing both strategic and commercial advice to stakeholders and management.
The core areas of work will involve advising on : - corporate / commercial / consumer credit and risk management issues this will involve drafting and negotiating documents and working on new projects and business development.
The Candidate
This is a high profile opportunity for a self starter able to demonstrate first rate commercial and technical skills, ideally with a city law firm background and a back ground in Consumer Credit/Credit Card work .
