Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel role - Surrey 2 year PQE

My client a Global company based in Surrey are looking to recruit a 2-4 year PQE Solicitor to join their Legal Team. This is a hands-on role requiring the ideal candidate to build working relationships across our global business, and to operate with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Your work will be varied and will include negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, including marketing projects and advertising campaigns. You will also advise on consumer law.

Working closely with the wider business including Finance, HR, Marketing etc in regards to compliance and regulatory requirements you will support the wider business on all Data Protection matters.

You will ideally be a 2-4 year Qualified UK or EU Solicitor and ideally have In-house experience although Private Practice candidates will be considered. You will have knowledge of Commercial Contracts and Data Protection and have had exposure to consumer law.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders in the business.
