Immediate opportunity for an HR professional with specific experience in Talent Management
- Collates and analyses materials on existing practices at client and outside best practices in learning, resourcing and career pathways
- Supports development of learning and resourcing activities and how they are presented to client
- Prepares briefing and training materials for managers and colleagues
- Analyses learning activities against the competency framework
- Produce training/comms/briefing materials as required
- Provides support for workshops and interviews re workforce capability workstream
- Hands materials back to BAU
- Works with the People & Culture team
- Reviewing gaps in recruitment processes
- Providing subject matter expertise in evaluating software capability for learning pathways and career pathways
- Supporting development of graduate recruitment programme
- Supporting development of career framework
