Our client seeks to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in working for a blue chip global technology company.

The role

You will be able to demonstrate your passion for delivery in client focused environment working in a highly supportive team. At the heart of their business, they are passionate about their people and culture.

Working in partnership with other HR partners around the world, you will drive a value add service supporting the business with all aspects of HR.

You will act as a true partner to senior stakeholders and their teams providing commercially-focused solutions, specialist coaching and expert advice to effectively support the delivery of local business goals.

Your value add

You'll act as a Business Partner working closely with the wider global HR teams to support your business areas. Taking ownership of the end to end delivery of the colleague life cycle and the employer brand, finding ways to improve it locally. Working with Leaders and Managers you will be a dedicated point of contact for people-related issues, processes, programs within the business unit covering all HR issues.

The ideal candidate

To set you up for success, we would like to see significant HR Generalist experience and a strong understand of local employment law and ER. Our client is a growing Global technology business so experience of working in a blue chip, global technology business is essential. You'll create and implement local people plans and initiatives, promoting a positive culture to achieve growth, colleague engagement and a great working culture. First class communication skill with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified/MBA - is preferred
• CIPD - Essential
