Residential Development Lawyer

Consistently ranked in the Top 50 UK Law Firms of the UK, growing year on year and with a worldwide outreach, this law firm is looking for a candidate to join them as a Residential Development Lawyer in Newcastle.

Priding themselves on a supportive and inclusive work environment, they are looking for a capable individual to join their already successful team and assist with housebuilding, whilst also encouraging more clients to join them with effective business development skills.

With a large team to support you, you'll be working alongside the partners and Heads of Department to manage the process and provide excellent service to their ever-growing client base.
The success of the team is shown in this position as it is born out of a huge influx of business, so we need someone to not only continue that but help grow it even further.

You will be working on a variety of projects that consists of mixed-use developers, build-to-rent and regeneration. To ensure high levels of service, it's vital that you have experience with high value transactions and developments, collaboration agreements, while also work on investment and providing sound advice.

This position will give you the chance to work with some exciting clients, who share the same vision as you. You'll be part of a friendly environment, there to help you when needed.

In return, the firm can offer a fantastic salary (dependant on experience) and benefits package, which can be tailored to suit you. There will also be the possibility of working from home 1 day a week, should you wish to explore that flexibility.
