Interim CFO

Harper May is currently working with an excellent fin-tech organisation based in Bank. My client is a pioneer in the online payments sector and has risen to prominence with their renowned product. The company, who have recorded growth figures of 60% last year, are currently seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to lead their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international trail-blazer operating in one of the world's most cutting edge fields. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and established finance leader with prior fin-tech experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading, developing and expanding the finance team
• Acting as the face of finance, especially when presenting to potential investors and other senior leaders
• Complete oversight of the day-today running of finance
• Business partnering closely with the CEO and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes Offering key strategic advice and analysis in relation to international expansion and effective growth strategy
• Lead and prepare the organisation so go through a successful ICO in 2019

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Fully qualified ACA would be advantageous
Must have prior fin-techexperience
• Must have extensive experience in leading and developing finance functions
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Previous experience of managing and developing staff
