Corporate Associate
A well-established UK corporate team is looking to hire a skilled Corporate Associate (2-6 years PQE).
The Corporate team focuses on the following areas:
* M&A, public and private
* Private equity, asset management and investment funds
* Reorganisations and restructurings
* Equity capital markets (including US Securities)
* Corporate advisory
* Regulatory and compliance
* Corporate governance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent academics; including a minimum of a 2 degree classification
* Trained and qualified with another leading firm (Regional or City)
* Experience in and passion for complex, corporate transactions
* Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required
