I am currently working with a private equity back consulting business that are looking for an integration specialist to join their team as they grow both organically and through acquisitions. The 20-year-old business has a vibrant and exciting history; they are now looking to make 3-5 bolt-ons ranging from £2m - £10m by the end of Q1.
Your role will be to project manage each acquisition, overseeing 5 key work streams ranging from: Finance, IT, HR, Operations and Risk & Compliance and ensuring a smooth integration process. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a highly motivated team.
The requirements:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or the equivalent.
- Immediately available
Demonstrate a strong track record of working within private equity-backed businesses or highly leveraged environment.
