LAW Absolute is working with an international city practice who is looking for a Contentious Construction Associate to join them on an interim basis for up to 12 months to cover maternity.
You will be joining their Construction, Energy and Infrastructure team and as a new Associate your work will cover a wide range of domestic and international, complex and high value disputes within construction.
Substantive experience in litigation, mediation, arbitration and adjudication is key.
Your role will also include non-contentious duties such as; drafting and negotiating construction contracts for major building projects, as well as, providing construction advice on major domestic and overseas infrastructure projects.
You will gain great exposure by advising a broad range of sectors within the industry including; transport and infrastructure.
