Corporate Solicitor

A well regarded national law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team in Manchester. The corporate team is especially strong in dealing with private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions, both nationally and on the international stage.

This is a firm where you will be able to grow your experience of working on large transactions whilst being part of a firm that offers flexible working and a supportive environment.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful lawyer will support partners and other members of the team. You will focus on a broad range of corporate law working for public and private companies including:

• M&A
• Corporate Finance
• Private Equity Joint Ventures
• Fundraising
• General shareholder agreements
• Capital markets
• General corporate advisory work

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer - 2+ years' PQE
• Experience in corporate law gained at a leading national or strong regional firm

Salary and Contract

• Negotiable salary
• Permanent, full time contract
