OVERVIEW:
I have been instructed on a new opportunity for a driven and motivated Corporate Solicitor to join this forward-thinking law firm based in Cheltenham. With highly regarded specialists within the corporate team, they have an exciting variety of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax, corporate insolvency and business structures. I have been lucky enough to work with this client for a number of years and have seen the Corporate team grow in size. The team you will be working with are a well respected group of lawyers all of whom have great relationships with clients and have worked on some transactions that would not be out of place at a London Law firm. The head of the team takes pride in mentoring and developing junior fee earners and one of the Partners in this team started off their career as a trainee in this team. Suitable candidates must have substantial experience within corporate law and possess the motivation to pursue a career within this area of law. Candidates will have gained a an excellent knowledge of M&A, MBO, MBI and Private Equity work. The firm are looking for candidates with a minimim of 2 years experience, who have a solid academic background, a strong commercial approach and an agile mind and will be able to present to clients articulately. With an excellent reputation, this firm provides outstanding commercial advice to a range of clients across a variety of sectors. Excellent remuneration and benefits package is on offer.
