Legal Counsel, Investment Funds, 2+

An opportunity has arisen for a funds lawyer to join this innovative player in the asset management sector.  

Joining an existing team of lawyers and reporting to the Head of Legal, this role will see you advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of launching and maintaining investment funds under AIFMD and UCITS regimes.  This will involve advising on and negotiation investment documentation and working closely with various internal teams to on-board new clients.

Ideally you will have trained at a top City firm and have gained a minimum of 2 years' PQE in investment funds (offshore funds exposure is advantageous). The ability to communicate at all levels within the business is critical, as is being a strong team player.
