Job Description:

Job Title: Operations & Program Manager

Location: Greenville, SC

Create and maintain enterprise reporting through Excel, Tableau, and Powerpoint. Meet requirements for routine reporting content. Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case. Manage accurate budget planning and execution.

• Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives where technical programs and budgets are delivered
• Create and maintain KPI, workload, and ad-hoc reports from unprocessed or pre-processed data from multiple sources such as Primavera P6 v8 schedules, vouchered hours, non-labor purchase orders, contingent workforce, Product Lifecycle Management, and data lake.
• Manages transparent program scope and budget for readiness to serve and general support programs

Experience and skills:

• 5+ years experience program management, specifically managing a budget, defining &
• managing scope, working with stakeholders
• Strong initiative & self starter great at following up
• Strong Excel capability required to run SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, SUBTOTALS,
• PIVOT TABLES, INDEX, MATCH, etc.
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Ideally has some background doing labor & financial analyses
• Enterprise scheduling experience desired
• Tableau experience a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and team building personality, a must.
