Commercial Property Lawyer

Our client is a leading law firm with an excellent reputation, recognised as experts in their fields .

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a growing real estate team which will be focussing on mid-market capital transactions and complex real estate asset management.

You will be working on a varied portfolio of complex and high value transactions and due diligence work collaborating with and supporting the London client teams across a broad range of legal issues.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered you will be a commercial property lawyer with 2-4 PQE who has quality real estate experience, and an excellent academic record gained with a national or City law firm.

Solid transactional real estate experience is essential, coupled with strong analytical and drafting skills and you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation.
