Our client are a financial services business specialising in real estate. They have a strong presence in the distressed debt arena, are set-up to manage loan investments and are involved in property development across the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.
They are seeking a new Legal Counsel to advise the business on transactional work in the main, as well as wider general in-house legal matters. This represents an opportunity to assume a highly independent role, supporting senior members of the legal team and wider business.
They are seeking an NQ or recently qualified lawyer who has completed a corporate, finance or real estate seat. The successful candidate will benefit from good academics and have trained with a well-regarded City law firm.
