Commercial lP/IT Lawyer

THE FIRM:

Our client is a full service national law firm ranked as a leader in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories.

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for an ambitious commercial lawyer to join a growing team, working on a mix of IP, commercial contracts and IT focussing mainly on non-contentious work.

You will have the opportunity to take on complex non-contentious commercial work advising clients on the best course of action.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered you will be a pro-active IP/IT lawyer with 6PQE+, who has a proven track record within this sector and have excellent academics gained with a top regional or national law firm

You'll have a sound understanding of business to business experience, coupled with excellent drafting skills.

Any knowledge of IT contracts experience or working in the pharmaceutical sector would be a distinct advantage.
