The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Tax Solicitor 6+ PQE to join their new City of London team.

You will be an ambitious Tax specialist with a focus on incentives, looking to join a thriving three-partner tax team, which focuses on Corporate, VC, Real Estate and Employee Incentives.

The Employees Incentives team generally deal with designing & implementing employee incentive schemes as well was restructuring existing scheme in relation to M&A/private equity deals you will have experience of both Private & Public incentives as this would complement the existing practice.

This role would suit either an experienced Solicitor looking for a route to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will have experience of Employee Incentives
• Ideally you will have experience of both Private & Public employee incentives
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
