The Role:
Drafting & providing support in respect of a wide range of commercial matters including:
- IP/content licensing agreements
- Platform access / integration agreements
- Services agreements and global framework agreements
- Outsourcing agreements
- Hardware and software supply agreements
- IP/content licences (including Music Licenses & Composer Agreements)
- Academic Development Agreements with leading UK Universities
- Software development and middleware agreements
- Official Licensed Merchandise & Peripheral Agreements (regional & global)
