Employment Solicitor

One of our top tier clients is looking to further grow their Employment team in Manchester. They are looking to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor to their team of Chamber-ranked partners and experienced Employment Solicitors.

The Employment team is known for their high-quality service, working on high-profile litigation cases. As an Employment Solicitor at the firm, you will be undertaking an interesting mix of exclusive Claimant and Non-Claimant based Employment work. You will be assisting on matters such as: equal pay disputes, discrimination at work, employment contracts and maternity/paternity discrimination at work. As a senior you will also be providing advice to Senior Executives on matters such as negotiating terms of departments and negotiating new terms for employment contracts. You may also be providing independent advice to directors and company board members.
