UK Head of Legal/General Counsel
Client
You will be working for an instantly recognisable household name, operational across multiple sectors and spanning various disciplines.
You will look after the entirety of the group's UK legal function, acting in a Sole Counsel capacity, and taking care principally of the group's activities in the transportation and leisure sectors here in the UK.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's central London offices.
You will report into the Global General Counsel based in France and have direct exposure to the board here in the UK including the CEO and CFO.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified UK lawyer with approximately 4-9 years' PQE, with a wide range of experiences in respect of various commercial contracts and issues. You will have some prior experience working in-house.
