Client

You will be working for an organisation at the forefront of cutting-edge sociological trends, operating across several sectors including healthcare and new technology.

You will be working for an organisation with a rapidly expanding international footprint, including in the USA and Asia.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's central London HQ.

You will be the second most senior member of a rapidly expanding in-house legal team, report directly into the General Counsel and be able to operate autonomously and with immediately high levels of responsibility.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues and being fully exposed to all internal stakeholders and senior management.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including lucrative stock options.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 4-8 years' PQE, have some prior exposure to tech related contracts and issues and have either trained and qualified or spent some time post-qualification working at a leading UK, US or international law firm.  Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.
