Financial Planning Manager

Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Financial Planning Manager / Business Partner

The company is an Technology organisation, Private Equity backed with rapidly growing sales across international markets. It is a leading edge business taking an increasing share of the market for its products. Reporting to the Head of planning and analysis, key duties include:

Preparing monthly management reports and reviewing the sales pipeline including appropriate KPI's and variance analysis to identify, understand and monitor trends in key factors affecting the success of the Group.

Provide commentary to enable the wider stakeholders to readily understand the most relevant business issues and opportunities.

Deliver timely and robust 3 year plans, budgets and rolling forecasts of the Group's anticipated financial performance including profit and loss, cashflow and balance sheet. This is likely to include the development of robust and structured financial models.


The person - a strong financial analyst/ business partner with experience of working in a fast moving business. Comfortable in a customer facing role, a logical thinker, resilient and robust, someone who will challenge 'status quo', adding value right across the business. You will have strong presentation skills, deal with variable workloads & tight deadlines an excellent negotiator/influencer, someone who sees the wider picture and anticipates change and quickly understands the wider implications. Experience of interrogating large volumes of data would be useful.
