Interim Commercial Financial Controller

A fast growing, global business with an award winning service is looking to recruit a commercial financial controller to provide cover whilst the current incumbent is on maternity leave. You will be joining the business during an exciting period of expansion and the role will therefore be varied and challenging. The company continues to grow through organic growth off the back of an enviable reputation in both the consumer and corporate markets. The main activities will include:

Managing a large 20+ team with 4 direct reports
Producing the annual business plan
Co-ordination of the production of the monthly management accounts across several territories including P&L, cashflow and balance sheet.
Cash forecasting and foreign currency hedging
Preparation of the statutory accounts and liaison with auditors
Management of the fp&a function and responsibility for the production of meaningful, insightful analysis.
Continuous improvement projects
Close liaison with operations, sales and IT teams to drive commercial decisions

The role would suit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified financial controller who has worked in a fast paced business, can demonstrate leading from the front and nurturing talent throughout their career. Minimum 12 month assignment.
