ROLE OVERVIEW:
Risk Technology is looking for a senior business analyst to join our interest rate risk technology team. The team is developing a software platform responsible for the firm's balance sheet forecasting, PPNR, NIR, IRE, and EVS metrics. The platform serves key stakeholders across finance and risk globally, and serves key needs for internal risk management across the entire Citi balance sheet as well as external needs driven primarily by industry regulations. The successful candidate will have deep business knowledge, strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Looking for a Business Analyst with 8 plus years of experience and the following required knowledge and experience:
* Good understanding of finance and risk management is required, and the quantitative background in pricing & risk models is preferred.
* Solid knowledge in various balances products, and deep understanding their cash flows and interest rate exposures under different scenarios.
* Understand the business insights, discuss requirements, coordinate progress and make timely deliver.
* Quick to learn the proprietary process and apply his/her quantitative background effectively to build analytics to improve processes and make them more reliable and up to date.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent time management and ability to multi-task/balance parallel work streams.
* Committed to testing, good design approach and work with a team or independently.
* Work with teams in other time zones and the challenges of time, language and culture.
* Good communication skills.
