You are:

A Sales Director who can prospect and build high quality pipeline developing our presence and selling our solutions in Banking, Payments, and Financial Services sector. You are competitive in nature and have a drive to win.


You will:

  • Generate new opportunities from existing customer referrals and through building partnerships as well as from your own targeted outbound activity into larger prospects
  • Effectively manage a multimillion dollar personal franchise and an eight figure pipeline of opportunities
  • Engage with C-Level and Senior Executive decision makers in the financial services market (and others), educate them on the business value of our product capabilities, cost benefits analysis as well as negotiate and close large transactions ranging from $300,000 to well over $3,000,000 each.
  • Deliver new business targets against a quarterly quota and annual quota
  • Support client on-boarding with technical resources to help client ensure success
  • Contribute ideas and lessons learned towards training and education of your peers and those in lead generation and junior sales roles, through best practice sharing and coaching

Your background:

As a Sales Director, you have:

  • 10+ years sales experience, with at least 6 in highly complex enterprise software solution selling environments
  • 3-5 years in enterprise security, industry regulatory compliance (all types), big data analytics, data warehousing/MDM or like experiences.
  • 5+ years of selling experience working with Fortune 100 companies preferred
  • 3-5 years directly selling into the tier one global financial services industry highly preferred
  • Track record in generating new business - we are only interested in speaking with individuals that can demonstrate self-sufficient success and the ability to find, manage and close complex high-value deals
  • Experience in AML/Compliance/PEP-Sanctions/Transaction Monitoring highly preferred
  • Passionate self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute independently
  • Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others
  • Keen commercial instinct to determine which opportunities to prioritize
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and consultative approach to close business
