* Lead and contribute to wide variety of Operational Risk related projects by providing subject matter expertise and working with the Project Management Office to help meet project deliverable
* Create new and analyze existing Operational Risk system requirements to understand current state of system expected and actuals results
* Contribute to development, performance tuning and troubleshooting of various applications.
* Mentor and work with team members to optimize development and testing using J2EE, Java, UI development Skills including but not limited to Angular JS and Oracle Database technologies.
* Work with stakeholders to elicit full, complete requirements for any upcoming releases, system bugs, or required change request / system enhancements
* Explicitly document those requirements within Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement specifications
* Support any documented requirement end-to-end from requirements elicitation to production support, including, as needed, teaching Technology and Business Partners
* Support the User Acceptance Testing as part of the end-to-end process of seeing requirements through to completion
* Coordinate with regional and global Operational Risk Global Team and partner with other controls teams
* Train and provide assistance to ORM users of the system Review and prepare UAT test cases for Risk
* Execute UAT Test Cases
* Lead efforts to track and upload test cases into HP Quality Center
* Assist in tracking enhancements / change requests
* Assist with BAU training and communications related to ORM goals and organizational alignment; and ensure messages are consistent and aligned closely with the Program's objectives.
* Establish and maintain internal communications processes, standards and practices
Qualifications
* Professional Experience: Preferred minimum 8 years software development
* High proficiency with J2EE/Java, Angular JS, HTML5, Oracle Database PL-SQL, Excel, Power Point, MS Projects and MSTR, Cognos reporting tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
* Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight
* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
* High degree of attention to detail
* Good proficiency in creating wireframes
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to quickly take on new tasks and complete it within deadline
* Strong follow-up skills; demonstrated accountability for role and responsibilities
