This is a great chance for a corporate lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a private equity backed tech company based in London on a 6 month contract basis.
The position is broad and diverse and will support the business on a range of corporate issues, including cross border corporate transactions, capital markets projects, restructurings and corporate finance related matters.
This is a very exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer available immediately/on short notice to work in an exciting, fast paced and international environment. Ideally you will have between circa 3 and 6 years' post qualification experience although all candidates with demonstrable experience to fulfill the role will be considered
