Due to expansion and their growing reputation in the market, this high-calibre national firm is looking to introduce a Commercial Property Partner to the team.  As well as assisting and supervising the more junior level and NQ solicitors within the team, the Real Estate Partner will demonstrate commercial acumen and business development to build on and maintain client relations. 

The partner-led commercial property team has a track record of success amongst its high net worth clients and as a result has a constant flow of technically challenging and high-value work such as regeneration and development projects including public procurement processes, commercial property funds and the tax restructuring of commercial property investments and financing.  The team advise on a rage of clients from PLC's, global banks and commercial developers, to small, niche enterprises; all from their Manchester office.

With their strong infrastructure, the firm has ambitious plans to grow their existing offices both within the UK and internationally.
