Job Description What will I be doing?
Responsible for planning, directing and providing the leadership necessary to achieve the short and long-term marketing objectives of Local Marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations Mainland US locations.

Responsible for planning, directing and providing the leadership necessary to achieve the short and long-term marketing objectives of Local Marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations Mainland US locations.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Direct, coordinate and ensure proper staffing for the marketing operations.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing management in order to achieve Hilton Grand Vacations objectives.
- Promote a positive work environment and overall business culture.
- Foster an environment of effective recruiting and training.
- Ensure current and new marketing programs are aimed at the appropriate target audience and are operating successfully.
- Ensure that appropriate marketing collaterals and advertising are being utilized.
- Facilitate and implement new marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors for marketing locations.
- Deliver results by setting and meeting targeted marketing goals and fostering personal development.
- Monitor results of marketing operations and focuses on continual improvement in efficiencies.
- Communicate with Corporate and other Hilton Grand Vacations marketing locations in order to maintain consistent quality and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Work with Business Management to create annual operating budgets and plans.
- Ensure that all marketing compensation plans are fair and equitable.
- Maintain effective communication and interaction with all departments.
- Conduct market research to create an awareness of new developments in the industry that can be used successfully in Hilton Grand Vacations marketing programs
- Represent Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional manner, creating and maintaining strong business relationships.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Experience in Timeshare Sales and Marketing
- 5+ years leadership experience at the Director level or above
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand financial documents
- Demonstrated ability to plan, budget, and forecast production
- Ability to travel as needed for the role (50%)
- Masters Degree
- Experience within the Timeshare industry supporting the New York or Las Vegas market
- 15+ years of related timeshare sales or marketing experience in the local market
- 6+ years of executive level experience leading a function
