The role exists to deliver a cutting edge client reporting solution for Citi's Prime Finance clients.

The person will be responsible for all aspects of software development covering java, database, UI (web), webservices, and server components. They will work very closely with vendor reporting software like Business Objects, Crystal, Qlik and Geneva, and it is desirable that they have experience with these products, administering them, and utilizing their API's.

They will be a senior member of our Client Reporting team in Tampa and will have the expertise and experience to act as a role model and mentor for our junior resources in that location and in China.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
• Experience in building real-time applications and web services is essential
• Experience with client reporting solutions a clear benefit.
• Ability to understand business/functional requirements and translate them into design and development tasks.
• Prime Brokerage domain knowledge is a benefit.
• Very familiar with the Agile development methodology, and test driven design.

Essential Technical Skills:
• Expert in JAVA development; 8+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience of database schema design and implementation on SQL Server.
• Familiarity with administering and developing with vendor Reporting platforms, Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, QlikSense.
• UNIX/Shell scripting, Zuul, Jenkins, BitBucket.
• Solid understanding and experience with Tibco EMS, HTTP, SSL, multi-tiered and distributed systems.
