BCL legal are assisting a top 75 law firm with the recruitment of an In-House Risk and Compliance Solicitor, based in Devon. This exciting opportunity would suit a driven and experienced Risk and Compliance solicitor.

The Role:

- You will be providing advice on professional responsibility and compliance issues to ensure compliance with SRA code of conduct and other relevant legislation and procedures.
- You will need to field internal client risks queries and advise on the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) issues.

The Candidate:

- You will be an effective communicator in order to build good working relationships and to deal with challenging situations
- You will have an indepth understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct
- You will have a background in compliance and/or regulatory experience.
