This top 10 law firm requires an experienced Incentives Lawyer with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities as an Incentives Lawyer:
- Manage, develop and strengthen client relationships through anticipating client needs and expectations
- Comply with risk requirements, firm policies and all relevant professional responsibilities and legislation
- Contribute to engagement and client acceptance processes
- Manage work to support optimal utilisation; assist senior lawyers as required and, act as lead lawyer, where appropriate
- Consult and offer solutions on difficult technical client issues, and manage the billing process
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 2-6 years' PQE, ideally gained at a major city firm as an Incentives Lawyer
- Be available at short notice for a period of 6 months
- Have strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and project management
- Have a good understanding of law firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency with the ability to help manage costs and budgets
