The client:
Our client, a leading global bank in London, is looking for a Structured Products Lawyer for a 6 month contract (with the view to extend) assisting the front office on a range of transactions.
The role:
This lawyer will support the Structured Products business on a variety of legal matters including:
- Providing legal support to the structured products business both in the UK and internationally;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional legal documentation including distribution agreements, frameworks agreements etc.;
- Coordinating with senior stakeholders in sales, compliance etc.
The candidate:
- This role will be ideal for an 3PQE+* Derivatives / Structured Products Lawyer who is looking for a role working with the front office across a range of asset classes
