The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 - 6 years PQE into their established and growing Bristol office.

You will work directly alongside the Partner on very high-quality work. This department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and has grown year on year. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team. You will also manage client relationships; you will be at the forefront of this team. You will deal with a broad range of work including; Development, Investment, Licences, Commercial leases and Landlord and tenant.

This role comes with good prospects of progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1 - 6 years PQE
• You will have a good grounding in Real Estate work and be used to dealing with a wide range of work
• You will be based in the Bristol, Somerset office.
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
• The firm is open minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
