JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: Liverpool
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
THE ROLE:
As a commercial solicitor you will be joining a market leading, dynamic team who advise and represent some of the country's most recognisable corporations as well as major public sector clients. You can expect to be working on general commercial contracts as well as contracts relating to technology and IT. You will also be spending a lot of time on GDPR and intellectual property issues. There is the option for this role to be taken on a part time or flexible working basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for commercial solicitors with at least three years PQE who have strong experience in commercial work gained at either a national or regional firm or a good quality in-house legal department. Candidates must have an aptitude for working in a team and for building fruitful and lasting relationships with commercial clients. Strong networking skills and a flair for business development are also essential.
