Management Accounting Manager

Your new company

Based in Glasgow City Centre, my client is recruiting for a temporary Management Accountant Manager to assist with changes within their organisation. The contract is for an initial fixed term contract of 9 months.

Your new role

Responsible for all elements of management and cost accounting, you will report into the Head of Finance and have direct line management responsibility for 4 members of staff, and 16 indirect reports. You will deliver consistent financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting policies and frameworks. You will also prepare and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in public sector organisations or Financial Services. You will have a high level of IT literacy and experience of establishing and developing management accounting approaches within a complex environment.
