Group Financial Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a highly prestigious services organisation in London. Titled as Group Financial Reporting Manger the role provides the opportunity to take the reins on the financial control and oversight of the group, supporting the development of business plans and strategies through detailed analysis and provision of management information, leading a high calibre team and reporting to the Board. It is essential all applicants are Qualified Accountants (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with extensive business analysis and reporting experience. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an individual with strong commercial flair looking to develop their career in a more influential managerial post. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing commercial and financial reasoning to support decision-making 
• Create financial strategies around future investments to achieve the best results
• Managing budgets and forecasts, liaising closely with Treasury team 
• Motivate and lead a team, contributing towards financial success as a Group 

Our client is looking for the following attributes:

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification (5 years PQE)
• Solid accounting knowledge including UK GAAP and IFRS 
• Good financial judgement and able to work independently and pro-actively 
• Strong leadership skills
